Who is CIPHERGOV.AI?

CipherGov.Ai is a company utilizes a deterministic AI Agent enforcement process. CipherGov.Ai algorithm rotates across multiple cryptographic families (ML-DSA, Ed25519, RSA-PSS, SHA-3, BLAKE3) using a deterministic but unpredictable selection protocol. This is crypto-agility as a governance primitive, not a migration plan. Combined with HKDF epoch-rotated key hierarchy, the birth certificate is a living credential that mutates unpredictably — a Digital VIN that cannot be cloned, forged, or replayed.

CipherGov.Ai process also creates a hash-chained immutable ledger. Every decision linked to birth cert, epoch, and policy. PQC-signed entries. This ledger forms an AI Agent insurance policy for all these decisions. The ledger is based upon JSON export for ISO 42001 auditing purposes. We stop before execution. His skill at helping identify investors, building the sales pipeline, and build relationship with goverment and research facilities is ideal for the initial proof of product for CipherGov.AI

His past focus in hardware root of trust for network switches, ensuring, securing, authenticated, and tamper-proof infrastructure. Jagat also has experience in the manufacturing of high-end networking devices through pre and post production phases of manufacturing will also be useful when the MVP is brought into production.

Dr. Albert Carlson

Dr. Albert Carlson is a recognized expert in the field of Cryptography and Cyber Security. Dr. Carlson is one of the recognized experts of Cryptography field. He has been CTO of CipherLoc and XSette. Albert consults several companies including CleverAtrium, and Entrokey Labs. Albert has also developed classes in Cryptography and Cyber Security including Cryptography, Cybersecurity Policy Analysis and Implementation, and PC Security and Maintenance. Albert has published numerous papers on Cryptography and Cyber Security. He currently holds eight patents.
